Vinyasa Flow//  This class focuses on the linking of body movement with breath to form a continuous flow. It creates a movement meditation that reveals all forms as being temporary and for this reason are not held on to.  A class designed for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class.  This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breath and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. Although this class moves at a slower pace than the other vinyasa classes, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.

Detox Flow//  This is an intermediate yoga class designed to completely detoxify your body as well as your mind. Through the use of specifically designed twists and compression poses you will rinse the spine and internal organs, ridding them of harmful toxins. The result is a completely refreshed feeling throughout the entire body. Please remember to drink LOTS of water after this class to help flush the released toxins out of the body!

Lunch Flow//  Take a break from your day and spend lunch with us! Enjoy a 45 minute vinyasa flow-style class that will bring movement to your body and relaxation to the mind. This class is designed to increase metabolism and provide you with that extra energy to get you through that afternoon drag while keeping you invigorated throughout the day!

Fusion Flow// this fusion style class took the traditional flow of a yoga, principles of pilates and the movement of dance to create a fusion yoga class that is sure to get you sweating as the sun is setting!

Yin Yang Yoga//  Enjoy the benefits of the strength building yang yoga and allow your body to melt into more passively held stretches that characterize yin yoga. You will gain strength, flexibility and develop a keen self-awareness as you learn to use your breath to flow. Open to all levels.

Healing Hatha// A style yoga that is open to all levels of experience. Hatha yoga centers on physical poses, (asanas or postures) which work mostly on the spine. Ha means sun and tha means moon, meaning there are both “hot” and “cool” postures. Breathing and meditation techniques are a common class focus, especially in connection with movement.  This healing practise is an excellent style for students who appreciate longer holds in individual postures and prefer a slower and more meditative approach while still reaping the benefits of a physical practice!

Power Vinyasa//  known to many as the “gym yoga” this intermediate / advanced level class is definitely an intense workout that will make you sweat. A traditional Ashtanga practice follows the same series of poses and makes you hold each for longer before moving through a Vinyasa and moves with an even faster rhythm.  This class is great for strength training and will be sure to energize the whole body!

Partner + Acro Yoga// the yoga practice where two is better than one and the use of two people are mutually benefiting from each pose or stretch. EVERYONE can do parter / acro yoga, however for this class it is recommended that you find a partner before you attend to ensure you can take full advantage of all this class has to offer.  This partner-based practice develops your skills to work with a wide variety of people… no matter the personality, shape, size, or skill level. You need not be a master gymnast, circus acrobat, or seasoned yogi to enjoy. You’ll learn necessary building blocks to literally take whatever physical skills you have to new heights.

Restorative//  this healing style of yoga is simply what its called -restorative. It is the centering of your breath and body, aligning the body physically and mentally by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. Through the use of props the body is assisted in helping you to hold poses longer.  The perfect way to end your week!
